Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete
Are you a fluent Danish speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from the beautiful island of Crete, Chania?
This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well known islands in Greece.
You will have the chance to serve the Danish speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.
For this Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete position, our client offers:
- A competitive benefits package with a salary starting from 1300€ Gross/month

The responsibilities for this Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete role include:
- acting as the first point of contact for all Danish speaking clients
- responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
- maintaining solid customer relationships with Danish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
- troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
- delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations
The qualifications for thisDanish Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete role are:
- An excellent level of the Danish language
- A good level of the English language
- PC literacy
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client centric mindset
No previous working experience in a similar role is required.
