Slovenian Customer Service Agent

Are you a fluent Slovenian speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from the beautiful island of Crete, Chania?

This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well known islands in Greece.

You will have the chance to serve the Slovenian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

For this Slovenian Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete position, our client offers:

• A competitive benefits package with a salary starting from 900€ Gross/month + bonus up to 100€ after the first months of employment
• Accommodation bonus 300€ / month
• Performance or / and once-off bonuses
• Two (2) extra salaries through the year (one salary in Christmas, half in Easter, half in summer)

The responsibilities for this Slovenian Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete role include:

• acting as the first point of contact for all Slovenian speaking clients
• responding and recording customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
• maintaining solid customer relationships with Slovenian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• troubleshooting and resolving common technical problems
• delighting customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

The qualifications for this Slovenian Customer Service Agent - Work from Crete role are:

• An excellent level of the Slovenian language
• A good level of the English language
• PC literacy

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client centric mindset

No previous working experience in a similar role is required.
