What your responsibilities will be as a Spanish Live Chat Agent:
- Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chats
- Ensuring that excellent customer experience is provided
- Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
You’ll be an excellent fit as a Spanish Live Chat Agent if you possess:
- Native level of the Spanish language
- Excellent level in English
- PC literacy and excellent typing skills
- Valid work permit in Greece
- High adaptability & flexibility in shift-rotation
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- Client-centric mindset
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
