Cardlink, member of Worldline SA, is the largest Network Service Provider in Greece and provides fast and secure services to merchants and consumers in their day-to-day payment transactions, both in physical and electronic commerce.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team in the payments industry. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and successful delivery of our payment solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the highest quality standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of payment solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Champion waterfall methodologies and understand software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Lead project planning and scheduling activities, including defining project scope, resource allocation, and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed on project milestones, risks, and issues.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality, actively seeking ways to optimize project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or delivery management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
