The responsibilities as a Chinese Customer Service Agent are the following:
- Provide customer/technical support to all Chinese callers
- Receive and respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and chats
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Perform data entry and use of software programs
For this Chinese Customer Service Agent position, you need to possess the following qualifications:
- Crystal clear communication in the Chinese language
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client-centric mindset
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
