Your Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing and assessing user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio files, according to predefined guidelines and policies. Your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation, recommending adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is considered an advantage.
