IT Project Management Intern

The role requires you to:

• Assist with the demand management process for new requests, established by PMO

• Monitor dashboards of all Programs, making necessary follow-ups to ensure the effective “house-keeping” of new & on-going requests

• Support the reporting process for the on-going projects making all necessary follow-ups to ensure that the projects’ milestones are up-to-date

• Help with the organization and “house-keeping” of PMO’s folder/shared folders/ documents

• Participate in team’s meetings and taking notes on assigned tasks & actions

• Facilitate PMO communications and collaboration with other internal teams
