- Tax Compliance & Audits: Supervise the accounting department to ensure compliance with tax regulations, collaborating with external auditors and advisors for the company and its subsidiaries/affiliates.
- Cashflow Management: Plan and monitor cash flows and credit risk.
- Budget Planning: Prepare and track the annual company budget.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee HR-related functions.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor financial KPIs like Earned Value and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and provide regular reports to management.
- Process Design & Maintenance: Develop and enforce relevant procedures.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
