As a Senior Valuer, you will:
- Lead and oversee property valuation projects, including underwriting and repositioning strategies.
- Deliver certified valuation reports compliant with TEGOVA, RICS, or Ministry of Finance standards.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and data interpretation to support accurate valuations.
- Review and validate valuation reports prepared by external partners.
- Present valuation insights to clients and investors in Greek and English.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on valuation methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
