- Efficiently handle incoming requests while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries pertaining to vehicle rentals with speed and effectiveness.
- Provide precise, complete, and valid information using the appropriate tools and methods.
- Foster enduring trust-based relationships through open and engaging communication with clients.
The qualifications needed for this Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian Travel Agent position are:
- An exceptional level in the Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian language
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- Passion for the travel and tourism sector
- EU work permit
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
