During your tenure as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Deliver international and/or multinational projects, implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Settings, Learning, Talent and Career management, Compensation.
- Lead teams of more junior people, providing coaching and on-the-job training to internal team members.
- Lead Client meetings, analyzing business and process requirements, and identifying/resolving gaps.
- Develop end to end SAP SuccessFactors using Configuration and Customization, for both Core and Talent HR Processes.
- Provide functional and technical requirements for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external HR-related applications, such as Payroll, Time Management and Identity Access Management.
- Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
- Update and grow your SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Develop your leadership skills leveraging on Deloitte training to boost your career.
