- Perform software modifications and subsequent tests, assisting the engineering team with design changes and software enhancements
- Ensure maintenance activities are consistently tracked in our maintenance management system
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight activities and checks, including visual alignment and evaluating Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results
- Oversee the preparation of simulators for regulatory evaluations
- Support our customers directly to identify and resolve issues affecting availability
- Manage logistics, including parts received, repairs, and testing & validation
