- Managing a broad range of Risk & Regulatory advisory or assurance related projects focused on the Financial Services Sector (mainly on Banking)
- Planning and directing projects such as risk assessments, risk model development and validation, business process and internal control reviews, development of ERM frameworks, designing risk appetite frameworks, regulatory compliance reviews (such as On-Site and Internal Model Investigations) or regulatory frameworks readiness assessments regarding the Risk Management functions, preparation of Risk reporting packages
- Managing teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals
- Implementing risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision and strategic priorities
- Interacting on a regular basis with clients
- Delivering excellent client service
- Working collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
- Maintain highest standards of business ethics
- Participate in the departmental business development activities
