- Configure and maintain workstations.
- Oversee daily system backup processes.
- Perform software configuration updates and upgrades.
- Maintain and support Till Points and back-office applications.
- Deliver technical support and training to end users both on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Procure software, hardware, and IT supplies by liaising with vendors.
- Actively participate in the design and implementation of new solutions.
- Contribute to local and international corporate projects.
- Collaborate with third-party technical suppliers to evaluate and ensure system compatibility.
