You’ll address inappropriate content, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with the team to improve moderation policies, all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Daily responsibilities: Moderate Content: Review and manage user-generated content on the platform, including text, images, and videos, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines. Evaluate and Take Action: Assess content against company policies and guidelines, removing or escalating content as necessary. Respond to Inquiries: Address user reports of inappropriate content quickly and professionally, ensuring effective communication. Collaborate and Improve: Work with the team to identify content trends, and suggest improvements for moderation practices and policies. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
