Your primary tasks will include: 📞 Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ✅ Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner. 🗂️ Recording and updating customer data in our system. Qualifications: 🇮🇸 Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken). 🇬🇧 English C1 level. 🗣️ Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities. ⏱️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges. 💻 Good technical skills.
