Your Role:
For our Repairs & Maintenance team we are on the lookout for a Technical Advisor who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor.
What you will need to:
- Create, manage, and monitor work orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with workshops and service centers to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Ensure maintenance work aligns with leasing agreements and manufacturer standards.
- Track repair status and resolve any delays or issues with service providers.
- Assist in implementing fleet management software and digital tools.
- Analyze data to improve vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and cost savings.
- Work with internal teams to enhance fleet maintenance and performance monitoring
