- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs in order to translate them to business requirements.
- Supporting decision making processes within the company along with the cross functional teams by identifying the benefits of the solutions.
- Identify areas for improvements or synergies with other projects or business needs.
- Participate at the Operational Model design which is required for the implementation of projects, as well as the Transformation plan of the company.
- Record requirements & compose documents for the development of new implementations and / or optimization of existing ones.
- Design process diagrams.
