Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Italian & English) Remote from Greece

Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements:
Italian proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team-player attitude and a proactive mindset
Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
