- Monitor the company’s ICT systems, both onshore and onboard our fleet.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to systems and network infrastructure at both 1st and 2nd levels.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of on-premises and cloud systems and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with in-house and third-party IT professionals to ensure high-quality support services and successful project delivery.
- Test monitor, and document systems’ policies and procedures.
- Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Assist with external audits of the company’s on-premises and cloud systems.
- Monitor satellite communications and fleet network management provided by external vendors.
