- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud network infrastructure
- Lead network projects including architecture upgrades, capacity planning, and integration of new technologies
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure network availability, reliability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network and connectivity issues
- Implement and enforce network security policies, firewalls, and access controls
- Work with cross-functional IT teams on system integration, disaster recovery planning, and cloud networking
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior network engineers and support staff
