- Work with the Product Development team to define solution components
- Coordinate with the Technical team to identify viable technical solutions
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation
- Assist in creating and maintaining a detailed project plan
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Communicate with team members and ensure everyone is aligned with their responsibilities
- Identify potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve them
- Report on the overall health of assigned projects to the executive team
