- Monitors and ensures the continuous optimization of billing processes.
- Closely tracks the KPIs of the IT teams, ensuring targets are met and taking corrective actions where needed.
- Keeps up to date with business needs and project implementations.
- Sets priorities and communicates them effectively to the managers within cross-functional IT teams, ensuring alignment and smooth coordination.
- Oversee the coordination of all involved IT teams and external partners, identifying problem areas and updating team leaders accordingly. Promotes smooth interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
- Propose improvements to existing processes to enhance productivity and team efficiency.
- Ensures the timely preparation and delivery of monthly productivity presentations to internal IT Stakeholders.
- Actively participates in various ad hoc projects.
- Communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders and delivery teams to support all IT needs.
- Act as a point of contact for the business regarding escalations or critical IT-related issues.
