As an Experienced Auditor, you are ready to step up and take real ownership of the audit process. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Your days will be dynamic, analytical, and collaborative. Here is how you will make an impact:

• Drive the Audit Lifecycle: Take ownership of day-to-day fieldwork, execute external audit engagements from planning to completion, evaluate internal controls, and assess risks.
• Build Client Partnerships: Communicate directly with clients to gather information, understand their business needs, and deliver exceptional, responsive service.
• Analyze & Report: Review financial data, draft detailed audit reports, and communicate findings and practical recommendations to clients and senior team members.
• Drive Excellence & Compliance: Ensure all working papers are accurate, thoroughly documented, and fully compliant with professional standards and accounting regulations.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work seamlessly across service lines, contribute fresh ideas to improve audit processes, and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of solid audit experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field (a relevant Master's is a plus).
• Qualifications: Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, JES, SOEL) completed or actively in progress.
• Technical Acumen: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and familiarity with modern audit tools.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, high professional integrity, and the adaptability to thrive in diverse client environments.
