We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team on-site in sunny Athens. What You'll Do
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
Guide users through common technical and service-related issues
Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions
What You Bring
C2-level Spanish and at least B2-level English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and adaptability to new environments
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
