Your Role
Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward solutions
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
Maintain detailed records of interactions
What You Bring
C2 in Italian and solid English communication (B2+ level)
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Team spirit and the ability to adapt to new cultures
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
