Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Experienced Technology Consultantto become part of our dynamic Technology & Transformation team in our offices in Athens. In this role, you’ll work within a team to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world’s largest organizations, you’ll help COO’s, CFO’s, CIO’s and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

Your role as an Experienced Technology Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results.

In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure as an Experienced Technology Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Support project delivery at the intersection of business and IT, assisting in the design and execution of advisory and transformation initiatives;
• Collaborate with clients, including D - level and C - level executives, to define objectives and align solutions with business and technology strategies;
• Contribute to the development of IT Strategy, IT Masterplans, and Digital Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client priorities;
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and strong relationships;
• Assist in the design and implementation of IT Operating Models and IT Delivery Models, supporting process optimization and efficiency;
• Support execution of IT Due Diligence and Technology Benchmarking assessments, gathering and analyzing data under guidance;
• Contribute to IT Financial Management activities, including investment analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization tracking;
• Assist in the design and application of IT Governance frameworks, as well as Portfolio and Project Management practices;
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders;
• Engage with clients on-site where necessary, supporting workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field; postgraduate studies (MBA, MSc) are considered an asset;.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in consulting or an equivalent advisory role, with proven involvement in IT strategy, IT governance, IT operating model design, digital transformation, IT financial management, or related areas;
• Strong IT background combined with business understanding, with the ability to bridge technology solutions and business value;
• Proven experience in developing client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and business cases;
• Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience; prior exposure to C- level executives is considered an advantage;
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken) is required;
• Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable.
