Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a dedicated Finnish Speaking Game Chat Moderator to join our energetic team in creating a safe and enjoyable online gaming experience. In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring chat interactions, promoting a positive atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with community standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
- Engage actively with players to foster a respectful and inclusive community.
- Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist players by responding to inquiries regarding chat moderation policies.
- Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain current on moderation tools and community best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented and accountable when managing online content.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passionate gamer with a commitment to providing a positive community experience.
