Reservation Officer (ABR)

Voulgaris Hospitality Group, a leading hospitality company with a history spanning 50 years, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our team. As a Reservation Officer, you will play a vital role in our hotel operations, managing and optimizing the reservation process to maximize guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our group.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate and timely information about room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Utilize a reservation system to manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Monitor and manage hotel room inventory to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Reservation Officer or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [additional languages are a plus]
• Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
