We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements:
Swedish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team-player attitude and a proactive mindset
Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
