Key responsibilities: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including support with purchases and sales-related inquiries. Assist customers with billing questions, transactions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Guide customers through placing orders and resolving any associated challenges. Address technical issues by troubleshooting or escalating when necessary, and provide assistance with account-related concerns. Use diagnostic tools and follow standardized procedures to efficiently handle common questions and concerns. Aim to turn every interaction into a positive experience for the customer. Requirements: Being fluent (C2 level) in the Slovakian language; Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level) required; Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential); Good analytic skills and logical thinking; Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills; Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform; Ability to multitask and work under pressure; EU citizenship or work permit for Greece.
