What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Support Specialist , you'll provide expert guidance, troubleshoot product issues, and offer solutions that genuinely help people all while developing technical and communication skills that will take your career further. Your core responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging Troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate solutions Guide customers through product features and usage Process repairs, warranty claims, and replacements Recommend products based on customer needs Maintain professional, empathetic communication at every touchpoint Who Were Looking For You don't need to tick every box we value mindset and potential.
