As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers with their Dyson devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting. Join our team and help customers enhance their everyday lives with Dyson’s innovative solutions! What You Will Be Doing: Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers. Providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more. Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries. Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements. Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Job Requirements: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong attention to detail. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism. Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
