What We are looking for
As a Customer Care Agent at Novibet, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about account management and betting options. You'll resolve issues such as payment errors or access difficulties, ensuring a seamless experience.
Part time agents will cover 4-hour afternoon/evening shifts (17:00–21:00 / 18:00–22:00 / 19:00–23:00).
