When integrating technology, we expertly apply SAP’s leading human capital solutions to support overall transformation strategies.#YourRoleAs a SAP SuccessFactors Manager, you will lead client engagements by understanding expectations, taking accountability for performance, and fostering strong communication and relationships. You will contribute to team and business priorities while committing to your own continuous learning and development.During your tenure as a Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Inspiring and motivating teams with energy and passion, setting high standards
• Advising on HR technology implementations to solve business challenges
• Enhancing our SuccessFactors and HR Transformation service offerings
• Helping organizations design global HR operating models, technology strategies, and solutions
• Advising on HR technology implementations to solve business challenges
• Managing and supporting testing cycles and rollouts
• Managing your work to meet project plans and ensure superior client experiences
• Diagnosing problems, analyzing data, and developing effective solutions
• Communicating clearly and confidently to install trust in clients and teams
• Presenting ideas and cases with concise messaging supported by data and tools
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues based on mutual respect and trust
• Analyzing and designing the architectural landscape for technical integrations of SuccessFactors within client systems

#WinningRequirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, HR Management, Engineering or related
• Master’s Degree in Business Management, HR Management, Engineering will be considered a plus
• Strong English language communication skills
• 6-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (at least 2 full cycle implementations)
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications
• Greek language skills a strong-plus (but not required)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively
• Fulfilment of military obligations where applicable
