Customer Advisor (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global hospitality technology group that is seeking to onboard a Customer Advisor to join their team. Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer enquiries through email ticketing, inbound and outbound calls, Live Chat and WhatsApp, according to operational schedules and assigned support channels Develop strong knowledge of the Zenchef and CoverManager platforms to provide accurate, timely and high-quality technical support Process a high volume of daily customer requests efficiently by identifying needs and providing prompt solutions Identify and escalate complex technical issues and billing-related requests when required Handle customer information responsibly and with appropriate sensitivity REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills English B2 minimum Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Excellent written communication for email support Strong active listening and problem-solving skills Good computer literacy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of handling sensitive customer data High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations.
