Social Media Content Moderator (Hebrew/English) Onsite in Thessaloniki Location: Thessaloniki, Greece Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece About the Role Are you fluent in Hebrew and English with a passion for social media? We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project, working shifts to ensure platform safety at all times. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines. Identify and escalate inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful content. Address reported content issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience. Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures. What We're Looking For: Language Skills: Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken). Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content with professionalism. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues. Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
