Hey there! David Kennedy Recruitment is on the lookout for an amazing Mass Volume Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients needs we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements. Position: Freelance Recruiter Location: Anywhere in the world (ideally within GMT+2 max) Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Dive into your own sourcing channels of your choice, job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles Work directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in English(spoken and written) - this is a non negotiable Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1) Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting talent (within Volume SaaS/BPO/Languages for roles clients within and outside of Europe) Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections Stellar communication and people skills Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software BENEFITS: Benefit from a superb commission package (30-50% on all placements) Embrace the freedom and flexibility of fully remote work from anywhere in the world and managing your own schedule Dive into various industries and work with diverse, mainly white-collar clients Join a collaborative and globally based virtual team environment Enjoy the smoothness, fairness and clarity of collaboration with David Kennedy Recruitment ** Please demonstrate your experience in the above otherwise your application may be rejection automatically **
