Position: Senior Sales Manager Location: onsite Athens, Greece Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Own gross and net new revenue outcomes for the inbound sales organization in Business Sales Drive accountability in day-to-day demand and lead generation, proactively managing obstacles to conversion across all lines of business Develop KPIs, business review models, and scorecards for assessing and improving business practices Proactively monitor campaign execution and effectiveness, improving lead flow and pipeline velocity Conduct regular business development review calls with key stakeholders, analyzing KPIs and creating actionable recommendations for improvement Prepare detailed presentations, analysis, and materials for QBRs and strategic business reviews Cultivate strong relationships with global peers and stakeholders, evaluating program effectiveness and sharing best practices for business execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned strategies and optimized lead generation Stay updated on market trends and leverage emerging technologies for business opportunities Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards REQUIREMENTS: 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing, preferably in a call center environment (BPO) Essential! Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from data quickly. Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, or other leading CRM/Analytics tools. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong project management skills. Pragmatic and disciplined in prioritizing high-value work. Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences. Highly motivated, self-directed team player. Track record of success at a high-growth company. Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies. Proficiency in data analysis and key metrics interpretation. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions. Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
