Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Επόπτη/ρια Προωθητικών Ενεργειών για τον συντονισμό και την επίβλεψη προωθητικών δράσεων, όπως ενέργειες σε σούπερ μάρκετ, δειγματοδιανομές σε εξωτερικούς χώρους και εταιρικά events. Ο/η ιδανικός/η υποψήφιος/α διαθέτει άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδων σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον.
Αρμοδιότητες
Επίβλεψη προσωπικού και διασφάλιση άρτιας υλοποίησης όλων των ενεργειών
Συντονισμός, καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας στο πεδίο
Έλεγχος υλικών, εξοπλισμού και διαδικασιών για ομαλή λειτουργία κάθε δράσης
Συλλογή αναφορών, αξιολόγηση αποτελεσμάτων και παροχή δομημένου feedback
Requirements
Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β’ κατηγορίας
Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Άριστη γνώση & χρήση Η/Υ (Excel, Email, βασικά εργαλεία reporting)
Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και συντονισμού ομάδας
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες & επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και προσαρμοστικότητα
Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης απρόβλεπτων καταστάσεων
Άνω των 23 ετών
Προτιμητέα η κατοχή οχήματος

Προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλο επόπτη ή συντονιστή δράσεων, θα εκτιμηθεί
