This role involves supporting customers from the Netherlands, offering a unique chance to grow in the tech industry ✨ Your responsibilitiesIdentify customers’ needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including salesGuide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolution to inquiries promptlyAssist customers in placing an order and related issuesAnswer customers’ inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issuesFollow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
Requirements
❤️ Your ProfileProficient in Dutch with excellent command of English (both spoken and written).Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problemsExceptional communication skillsProblem-solving mentality and a strong sense of ownershipSales experience with consumer products and services will be an assetPositive and team-oriented attitude
