We are hiring on behalf of our international client for customer-focused professionals ready to join a dynamic support and sales environment in Athens. You’ll be part of a large, multicultural team supporting customers in the Swiss market, helping them with technical questions, account matters, and service solutions, all while developing valuable experience in telecom, customer experience, and sales.
As a Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat, supporting customers with both service and technical-related matters. This role combines problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness.
