Join our Customer Experts team and unfold your technical skills, supporting the users of a top cloud platform As a member of our Japanese Technical Support team, you will be providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail, helping to build a better online user experience for millions of people all around the world. What you will be doing: Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email in Japanese Follow company and client procedures and guidelines Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!
