Deine Aufgaben
Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanliegen mit Fokus auf Qualität und passenden Lösungen
Beratung von Bestandskunden zu allgemeinen Anliegen
Bedarfsermittlung durch Gesprächsführung für Vertragsoptimierungen und sinnvollen Zusatzoptionen
Nutzung von Cross‑ und Upselling‑Potenzialen auf fairer, beratender Basis
sorgfältige Dokumentation der Gesprächsinhalte in den relevanten Systemen
Dein Profil
Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2‑Niveau
sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Systemen
Erfahrung im Kundenservice
aktives Zuhören und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Schichtarbeit bedeutet für dich Flexibilität im Alltag
idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Call Center Umfeld
