Junior/Mid Data Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using MS SQL Server technologies.
• Write complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to support business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize database performance (tuning, indexing) within on-premise infrastructures.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior PL/SQL team to ensure seamless data integration across different platforms (Oracle & Microsoft).
• Translate business KPIs into technical data models to support decision-making processes.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures).
• Ability to understand and manipulate data to drive business value (this is where the "Business" background shines).
• Solid understanding of on-premise database environments.
• Experience in VBM, Financial Modeling, or BI Reportinγ will be considered as a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• A mix of technical proficiency and business acumen, you should be able to "translate" data into insights.
