As a Senior HR Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end payroll operations for a substantial headcount, guaranteeing absolute compliance with Greek labor frameworks and the ERGANI II system
• Manipulating complex data sets to construct advanced HR dashboards, tracking critical metrics, and analyzing workforce demographics
• Managing and optimizing HR and payroll KPIs, while reporting directly to provide strategic, data-driven insights
• Acting as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert for upcoming HR/Payroll SAP implementation initiatives, in close alignment with global headquarters

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior HR Payroll Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• A minimum of 10 years of robust experience in a comparable role, either as a Specialist within a large multinational enterprise or as a Payroll Manager in a medium-sized corporate environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with extensive experience managing large-scale files, complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
• Strong familiarity with payroll software, and the ERGANI
• A mature, highly responsible, and corporate professional demeanor, coupled with a proactive mindset and a proven ability to manage complex scenarios autonomously
• Exceptional aptitude for numbers, data interpretation, and analytical problem-solving
