Librarian Archivist I Knowledge Management Systems (KMS)

As our Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) team continues to evolve in the digital era, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Librarian/Archivist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in library science who is passionate about information management, research resources, and the application of new technologies to enhance knowledge sharing and accessibility.

Job description

As main responsibility you will play a key role in preserving, organizing, and administering the firm's knowledge assets. More specifically, you will be responsible for managing and continuously developing the Organization’s physical and digital library resources, including books, periodicals, online databases, and research tools. The role involves maintenance of archival databases, and management of electronic files and virtual data rooms (VDRs).

You will also support the preservation and access of born-digital materials, monitor developments in information and knowledge management, and contribute to the secure management of information resources in line with the Organization’s information security and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Library Science, Archival and Information Systems from the University of West Attica, or Ionian University or the International Hellenic University
• MARC & UNIMARC Catalogue Formatting
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Technology-savvy, with familiarity with AI tools and digital knowledge management applications will be considered an advantage
• Native Greek speaker with excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
