Your Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Support customers via phone, email, or chat Provide assistance and solutions regarding products or services Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Work closely with international teams in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Relocation support package: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival €300 gross relocation support for moving expenses 14 salaries per year 12 monthly salaries 1 additional salary at Easter 1 additional salary split between Summer and Christmas Private Health & Life Insurance 25 days of annual leave €50 monthly meal voucher Paid training and onboarding International and multicultural work environment Work Setup The role starts with an on-site training and onboarding period of approximately 1.5 months in Greece . After this initial period, there is a possibility to work remotely from Greece , depending on performance and project requirements.
