Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat messages regarding retail products, billing queries, and general accounts. Assist customers with account registration, navigating online storefronts, and processing tracking orders. Professionally handle complaints, offering quick, creative solutions to maintain brand loyalty. Cross-reference customer data across multiple internal software programs. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong English skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an upbeat and empathetic phone manner. High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment. Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece. What We Offer Competitive Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 Gross / Month. Performance bonuses and 2 extra salaries per year .
