• Financial Resolution: Addressing invoice questions managing refund requests and clarifying reservation terms with an empathetic patient approach.
• B2B Host Support: Assisting property partners with backend system troubleshooting rate adjustments and real-time inventory management.
• Platform Navigation: Guiding users through account setups website features and mobile application functionalities.

Minimum Qualifications
